Why are you skipping that meal again?

So you want to lose weight. You have been starvin yourself. It'll work, right? Wrong! It will

cause your body to go into survival mode and begin to store everything you eat as fat. You can prevent this by counting how many calories you normally eat a day and eat about 100-150 calories less a day. If you are going to skip a meal (approximately 300-400 calories) only do it once a week to prevent your body from going into FAT STORING MODE! Keep your metabolism active by eating only 100-150 calories less the next day. You should be able to lose about 1-2 pounds of fat per week.
