Ever workout and lose that great motivation? Plateau? Lose that tight pumped feeling after your workout? Here's a cure...

If you don't already own a deck of cards buy them and use them. Be creative and create an awesome routine from flipping cards. The great thing about the deck of cards is the workouts are completely random so you cause that "muscle confusion" which encourages growth and endurance.
