Flip Your Way To Fitness Part 2



For a ripped core try...


Diamonds
Crunches

Hearts
Hip Raises

Clubs
Leg Scissors

Spades
Bicycles


Ace's are 11 Reps
Kings, Queens and Jokers are 15
All Numbered cards are face value.

1. Shuffle your cards.
2. Then draw a card.
3. Do the excercise and amount of reps assigned to the card.

*Note: To make the excercise tougher you may dra more than one card.
